Information handling
Inquiries are reviewed and managed by the founder. We may use external services within the scope necessary for form submission, scheduling, document handling, and site analytics.
Before an NDA is in place, please refrain from submitting confidential information — proprietary data, client names, unpublished figures, contract terms, or other sensitive material. Post-NDA information handling is governed by the individual engagement contract or NDA.
Post-consultation contact is limited to follow-up on the inquiry and scheduling. No sales solicitation.
What happens after you write
- PE fit call (Option 1): Confirmed within one business day. The fit call is 15 minutes, conducted by the founder, on Zoom or Teams. Confidential. Outcome of the call is whether continued conversation makes sense — no deck, no formal proposal at this stage.
- SMB referral (Option 2): If you forward an introduction by email, expect a reply within one business day acknowledging receipt and confirming the routing. The Japanese-speaking executive will be contacted directly through the JP consultation flow.
- General inquiry (Option 3): Reviewed within two business days. Response from [email protected].
